Our General Construction Division specializes in new construction, renovation, and/or restoration of commercial properties. Our projects include numerous buildings of varying type and kind including banks, churches, shopping centers, office buildings, clubs, courthouses, detention facilities, schools and gymnasiums, and historical restorations. Our clients include city, county, state and federal agencies, school districts, businesses, developers, engineers, architects and property owners.

This division aggressively and competitively pursues bid opportunities throughout the region. In addition, we provide full design/build services, project management, negotiated terms, guaranteed-not-to-exceed, cost-plus, and fee based construction options. We possess the knowledge and capability to provide line-item budget services and value engineering review for any building project.
Our management is well versed in computer applications including estimating and budgeting, scheduling and project tracking, accounting, cost maintenance and reporting.
